If there’s one thing I’ve integrated in 2024 it’s the power of space and simplicity in gatherings like these. I’ve stripped it right back so that we can allow the relational field to do it’s thing.

Capitalist norms tell us to try and extract as much as we can from one another, and that everyone else is out to screw us over. They also insist some people are worthy of access to resources & experiences whilst others are not.

Making this workshop available at any price is a small act of resistance against this system. I don’t offer it because I don’t need to earn money from my work, I do. I want to be fair to you, and I trust you to be fair to me. Whatever you are paying, thank you for participating in this re-imagined way of relating to one another.

She’s the Co-Founder of (and labourer of love in) Southend Care Bank, a charity seeking to alleviate the impact of hygiene poverty in the local community.

She’s certificated by LSE in Inclusive Leadership Through Behavioural Science.
