An Invitation to Gather: Building Community & Connection in a Time of Polycrisis
In a world that feels increasingly uncertain, many of us are craving deeper connection, meaningful community, and spaces to make sense of what we’re living through together.
This is not a workshop or a talk. It’s a gentle, facilitated group conversation where we can explore what community means and share our experiences of building the right communities, nurturing connection and creating a platform for action.
You’re warmly invited to bring your voice, your questions, or simply your presence.

A soul-styling workshop for uncertain times.
Kerry Wilde in conversation with Khalid Abdalla
This is a space for those feeling the weight of the world—and still longing to meet themselves where they are, discovering anchoring ways to find beauty in the act of dressing.
Part conversation, part somatic practice, part deeper style inquiry, this workshop invites you to explore how getting dressed can be a grounding ritual in a time of global disruption. We’ll explore how clothes can be more than armour or aesthetic—how they can hold meaning, memory, and presence.
This special session includes a live conversation with Khalid Abdalla, a British actor, writer, producer, and filmmaker of Egyptian descent. Khalid is known for his roles in The Kite Runner, United 93, Green Zone, and most recently as Dodi Fayed in The Crown. Beyond his screen work, he is a committed activist engaged in cultural and human rights initiatives, bringing a rare depth of thought and heart to every space he enters

Honor Your Truth - Using Human Design to Make Decisions
Do you often second guess the decisions you've made in your business? Learning how to make effective business decisions is a key aspect to reclaiming sovereignty over your life. Reconnecting to your Inner Authority is a profound return to the innate wisdom of your physical body. Drawing from the body's wisdom allows you to make choices that feel deeply right - not just on paper, but in your bones - and this alignment creates a life and business of authenticity, ease and empowered self-trust.

Awakenings - A space of holding
Bring in the day, in union.
A space to sit together, finding some stillness within community.
A chance to pause and reflect. To speak and to listen. For whatever is arising within you in that moment, or any other. A place to simply listen. To hear and bare witness to those others within the space.

Healing in Shared Power - The Matriarchal Way
This is an invitation to come together to heal, grieve, feel rage and feel in our bones the shared power we were born to have - not the power we are being seing abused. In the session Jo will work with one women directly in a live somatic healing session - held by the group. Somatic healing is working with our body, nervous system and held in Jo's trademark non shaming way of radical acceptance for what unflods in our orgnaic intelligence. This is a powerful dynamic healing for all. This is shared power.

Grounding in Grief
A 90-minute exploration of the power of grief to not only break us down, but break us open. We'll look at how grief - its sacredness and rituals - have been lost in modern society, and what we can learn from collective and indigenous cultures on how to navigate, honour and remember grief in it's wholeness. Morgan and Dina will also each guide a short practice through meditation and voice activation. There will also be time for connecting and sharing.

beauty and terror
beauty and terror : an opportunity to embody your feelings through somatics, breathwork and touch. We will begin our session with a grounding meditation, then start to pendulate between activation (through conscious connected breath) and rest (natural breath).
This practice helps us recognise and stretch our window of tolerance (neutral state of being) so we have more capacity to hold the crises that exist now and will exist. By breathing together we also remind our nervous systems that we are not alone - we have each other. We can co-regulate, we can co-operate, we can co-create.
At the end of our practice we will down-regulate into another brief meditation before coming into integration. Then there’ll be time to journal about how the practice made you feel and an opportunity to come together and share at the end (completely optional).

Marketing in the Polycrisis?
As never-ending crises and injustices escalate across the globe, marketing your business can feel impossible. Do you separate your "human" self and your "business" self? Do you say something? Do you say nothing? Is it even okay to be selling your wares when [insert the latest calamity here] is happening? How can you stay true to your values as a human being while also promoting your business?
Join Antonina and Helen - and their combined over 30 years experience marketing in a range of industries - as they unpack the complexities of this sticky subject in an interactive group exploration.

Death Contemplation
We will practice being mortal. Because empire, we center the sacred. Because empire steals our breath, we reclaim it. Because a different world already exists, we will embody it. Reimagining a world that's free, holy, and healed, one mini death at a time. That's the practice.

Burnout and Capitalism: Mapping Our Way Out of the System of Burnout
This is an invitation to a workshop for women and queer folks who are currently feeling burnt out or are worried they’re headed for it, who want some new perspective on why it happens and ideas for how to prevent it. We'll use an anticapitalist lens to peel back the curtain on why it's a systemically created epidemic, and use that clarity to grow ideas on how to reduce our own burnout risk for the future.

Rooted Within: A New Way of Meeting the Polycrisis
In a world unraveling from multiple, overlapping crises — climate, conflict, disconnection — the instinct is often to do more, fix faster, try harder. Or we are urged to rest, slow down and do less. But what if part of the response we’re being called into begins with something else entirely?
In this 90-minute experience, Staci invites you into a quiet returning - not to withdraw from the world but to respond from a deeper place. This is not a workshop filled with answers. It's a sanctum to re-member the stillness beneath it all. And to reconnect with the part of you that knows.

What Holds Us: Relational Practices for Overwhelming Times
The meta-crisis is, at heart, a crisis of disconnection — from ourselves, from one another, and from the more-than-human world. I believe, therefore, that our ability to stay in connection in times of overwhelm might be one of the most important things we can cultivate.
Rooted in Authentic Relating, the Work That Reconnects, Deep Adaptation, and embodied resilience practices, we’ll explore how connection can be a powerful and regenerative response to uncertainty. Expect a mix of guided reflection, simple and effective relational practices, and space to feel what’s real, without pressure to have answers.

Nutrition's place in the polycrisis: exploring how food can nourish the nervous system.
Living and breathing within a polycrisis is inherently stressful. It depletes our resources and peace of mind, and activates our sympathetic nervous system, keeping us vigilant, switched on, and making it more difficult to enter rest and digest and less able to nourish ourselves.
In the context of collapse, genocide, and the forced starvation of Palestinians, food might feel too uncomfortable, too guilt-ridden, or perhaps in the context of 'wellness', nutrition might feel too unattainable, or elitist.
But through nourishing ourselves, we're creating more capacity to resist. And this doesn't need to be complicated or perfect. Scrappy wellness for the win.
