The Sunday Pages - a therapeutic writing hour

Here is a space to gather each month to be supported and inspired through therapeutic writing. Each month we write on a new theme, with the prompts I offer often in tune with seasonal change, and with personal and collective growth at heart.

The Sunday Pages - a therapeutic writing hour

Hawthorn is also known as May-tree Maythorn, Quickthorn, Whitethorn, Thornapple and Hawberry. Simply, it is the plant associated with May. Look a little deeper, a little closer, and its heritage, symbolism and medicinal uses give us rich material for writing. Flower, leaf and berry, the hawthorn offers us a way toward the heart and perhaps some guidance as to how to live more fully from it.

Join me for a restorative and uplifting hour of therapeutic writing. I'll offer you the space, the prompts and the timings. All you need bring are your writing materials and a curious heart.

This is private writing time just for you alongside like-hearted others. As such you are not asked to share your words, though the chatbox is there for connection and exchange.

You are warmly welcome, just as you are.
